2. A Federal W-4 and an Alabama A-4 must be completed, signed and dated for tax purposes. These live PDFs are available at this site and can be scanned and emailed to augymcamp@auburn.edu. You may also take close, clear pictures of these completed documents and send them to the same address.

3. Each staff member is annually required to complete the “Protecting Children: Identifying and Reporting Sexual Misconduct” video training. Upon completion of the training, take a picture of the screen noting your certification and email it to augymcamp@auburn.edu. Instructions on how to access and complete this video training course are available at this site.
